GENERAL SUMMER RENTAL INFO: we currently only offer full month rentals only. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AS WE ARE BUSY GETTING THE PROPERTY READY, WE ASK THAT GUESTS DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 3PM for check-in. Rental rates begin at $5000 per month. We allow only 4 people per COTTAGE; all guests must be registered. We allow 2 overnight cars on the property. We do not allow parties; quiet family gatherings are always welcome.
PET POLICY: Unfortunately, NO pets of any kind are permitted on the property AT ANY TIME. There is absolutely no exception to this rule and by booking you understand that. Any breach of this rule will result in youR being asked to vacate the property WITHOUT A REFUND. Unfortunately, we have a son on the property who is very allergic to different pets, hypoallergenic or not.
SMOKING POLICY: We do not permit smoking inside any of our properties. Please inform your guests of this as well. When smoking outdoors please use proper receptacles.
