Published rates on this page exclusively guarantee pricing; rates on alternative platforms are not considered accurate.
Guests are entitled to modify or cancel their reservation up to 60 days before check-in to receive a partial refund of their $500 deposit. Please note, a $200 rebooking fee is applicable to all cancellations.
2024 POLICY UPDATE: Full payment for the rental must be settled 30 days prior to the stay. No refunds will be issued after this point unless the unit is successfully re-rented at the full price. In the event of a successful re-rental, your deposit and final payment will be refunded, deducting the $200 rebooking fee.
Reservations made with less than 30 days' notice are non-refundable unless the unit is rebooked for the entire rental period at full price, with a retained $200 rebooking fee.
